Returns And Refunds

  • What am I required to do for returns and refunds?

Please email us sales@stegzmoto.com.au and we will give you directions on how and what address to send the products back to. Once we receive back the product, assuming no marks, we will give you a full refund or swap for the correct one you need if you've made a purchase error. Don't stress, we'll sort you out! :)

 

  • Time frame in which you accept returns?

If they are not damaged, it doesn't matter how long.

 

  • When can I expect a refund?
